    Update** Took it to a local German repair shop Tech mentioned he drove it for some time and wasn't able to replicate the sound, but based on the video i showed him (will try to post later) and then two codes he got back from the computer (Mixture bank 1 2 and exhaust vanos) he thinks it's either the crancase vent valve or the valve cover is bad and needs to be replaced
